This Ribbon/Cord embroidery machine enables you to produce not only normal fabrics but also Ribbon or Cord yarn embroidered fabrics with which you could diversify your range of products and designs. In addition, you can adopt our Ribbon/Cord embroidery machine to your existing embroidery machine since this system is designed to be compatible to run with new schiffli embroidery machines as well as old style schiffli embroidery machines regardless of their sizes or frame types (single or double frame type)

Micro Corp. has applied end user's convenience oriented technology to the ribbon bobbin as shown to the left. This originative bobbin can admit ribbon spools with various spool core sizes and spool while the spool core is designed to fit the spool core by applying spring expandable mechanism, In addition, one side of the bobbin disks is removable so that you can easily exchange ribbon spools when the ribbon is run out.
Moreover, Micro has applied a unique tension mechanism which enables the system to pay off smoothly the ribbon or cord yarn by automatically pulling and paying off ribbon or cord yarn so that the machine itself could maintain appropriate tension resulting in no interference or jamming between yarn and yarn during the embroidering process at high speed.
